News: 
Mon 21st:
Alexander bodied Mercedes mini 1372 is back at Derby having swapped places with Olympian 4665 at Tamworth. Thanks Chris.

Mon 7th:
Chellaston Dart 2252 (X252 HBC) has been de-branded and transfered to Swad. Volvo B10BLE 3606 (V606 DBC) remains at Cannock for repair, and is set to go to Swad in Exchange for Excel 2999 when complete.

Wed 2nd:
Volvo Olympian 4665 (N165 XVO) has been at Tamworth depot for a while. Is this a loan or a permanent transfer?  The second Excel in the Arriva Fleet 2999 (P316 FAW) is expected to transfer to Derby from Swad soon, a Volvo B10BLE is expected to be exchanged for this.  The odd (only X reg at Derby) Dart 2252 (X252 HBC ) may also leave Derby soon, now that 1 less bus is required for the Chellaston routes.

Sightings:  
Wed 31st:
MPD 2222 on the 68 to Chellaston, and DAF 4742 on the 38 to Sinfin. Volvo B10BLE 3606 and a Marshall bodied Citybus noted on the 26 to Oakwood.

Sat 26th:
Excel 2998 and Volvo B10BLE 3604 were on the Chellaston routes.

Tue 22nd:
Chris reports Volvo Citybus 4334 broke down outside the College while on the 29. Dart 2196 (L36PNN)was on the 29 too.

Mon 21st:
Chellaston Dart 2231 on the 29 to Mackworth today.

Wed 16th:
John reports: MPD 2221 on the Chellastons.

Tue 15th:
 Leyland Lynx 3105 (G324 NUM) was on the X38! Thanks Chris.

Tue 8th:
 DAF 4744 was on the Sinfin routes 37/38..
Sat 5th:
 DAF 4742 was on Sinfin routes 37/38.
Wed 2nd:
 Chellaston Darts 2228 and 2237 (W228/37 SNR) reported on the Sinfin routes (37/38).  This led to an MPD being used on the Chellaston routes.

Mon 14th:
 Vario (S287 UAL) has been acquired from Trent Barton and now carries the Lime Green livery.

Wed 2nd:
 Former Trent Vecta 814 (M814 PRA) is now with Timetrack (Upper Halliford) where it is in use in Doyles livery.

Wed 23rd:
 National (TAE 638S) was on route 9 in the afternoon.

Thurs 3rd:
 Bova (YF02 VVF) has been here a while now, and is ex Ellisons!
Bova (W635 WSB) is painted up for the leicester Tigers contract, complete with registration (T25 ERS).
The ex Brighton Scanias have been re-registered as (OU1 6375/76/77/78), and are repainted white

Wed 2nd:
Have Littles aquired a third Bova Futura?  (YF02 VVF) is shown on their website.Paul reports that Scania N113 DRB/East Lancs H47/33F (F719 LFG), (G721 RYJ), (G724 RYJ), (G730 RYJ) have arrived here, all ex Brighton & Hove. (W635 WSB) is another arrival, its a Bova Futra C49FT coach - ex Jay, Greengairs (new as W2 JAY).

 Fri 2nd:
Solo (V197 KNB) is not sold to Somerbus!!!

Thurs 24th:
Solo (V197 KNB) has been sold to Somerbus, Bristol.
A Solo acquired is (MX04 VLM).
The Plaxton Primo in service here is regestered (YN55 KMV).

Mon 21st:
Optare Solo (V197 KNB) has been withdrawn and sold with (V198 KNB) to follow soon when the second Plaxton Primo arrives.

Fri 4th:
Lance (N357 VRC) has passed to Somerbus, Paulton, Bristol. The first TM Travel Primo is in service, noted on route 202 to Harthill. Thanks Adrian.

Thurs 3rd: 
 Lance (N357 VRC) has passed to a Bristol operator after a short stay here.  It retains the N+D livery.   

Wed 2nd:
Recent arrivals are ex NCT 764 (M919 MRW), 766 (N779 DRH) Volvo B10B / Plaxton Verde now in red 600 (M664 KHP) Volvo B10B Alexander Strider.
Dart (W923 JNF) is now in use. It carries an all white livery with T M names applied.
Recent arrivals are ex Nottingham Scania N113/East Lancs (H49/35F) (L351/2/3 MRR).
(H157 UUA) and (L838 MWT) have been sold to Hardwick, Carlton for scrap.
(M785 VJO) has returned to the rental company.

News:   
Mon 21st: 
Excel 205 sold to Konectbus in Norfolk.
Dart 928 now based at Dove Holes - 925 aswell??
Frio Excel 199 re-instated at Ashfield (Sutton), on route 141 on Saturday. Excel 253 is now also allocated to Ashfield.
Kinch Airline Merc 285 reported at Manvers St depot in Nottingham.
P&R Excel 202 was involved in an accident on Saturday, damaging the front end (and aparently loosing the bumper!). This was also in the DET (local paper).

Mon 14th: 
Dart 907 (P907 CTO) seems to have swapped places with Dart 925 (R925 RAU). 907 now at Derby and 925 at Dove Holes.
Vario 287 (S287 UAL) has been sold to Doyles.

Thurs 10th: 
Excel 253 has transfered to Sutton from Derby. It is there as a spare for the Pronto service.

Tue 8th: 
Former Rainbow 4 Excels 258 to 264 are to replace 206 to 212 at Dove Holes on the 199 skyline, whilst 265/6 should be painted up (blue?) for the 107 Derby to Ashbourne (Mayfield) route in the new year.
Mickleover Excels 220 (W301 PRB) is at Manvers St Nottingham for repairs, thanks Paul.

Mon 7th: 
Chris reports: Frio Excel 199 is now stored at Langley Mill.
Paladins 133/4 are still in service at Sutton Junction despite beind replaced on the Pronto by Excels, on the 141 on Saturday.

Wed 2nd:
Scania 638 (FD53 WWK) has returned to Langley Mill.
Excel 253 (Y253 DRC) is being repaired after hitting the railings at Belper garage when on the transpeak. Transpeak Excels 157/8 are also at Meadow Rd for repairs.
Some of the former "Belper" Darts are stored at Langley Mill. 921 (R921 RAU)is in use from there, and 917, 922, 925 and 932  (R9** RAU) remain at Derby. In addition 928 (R928 RAU), 938/9 (S938/9 UAL) are at Derby (Belper) for routes 71 and 72.
Kinchbus Titan 770 (WYV 51T) has been sold to Gilkes, West Kingsdown.  Similar 771 (WYV 53T) is with J B Tours. 

Sightings:
 Wed 31st: 
 Darts 907 on the Borrowash Flyer today (later replaced by 899) and 892 on the 73 with Vario 297 on it later. Paladin 108 has acquired a rear end advert for GB Estate Agents.

Tue 30th: 
 Chris reports: Dart 907 on the V1, Scania 669 on the R5, Excel 189 on the TransPeak and Olympian 712 on the 17.
Paul reports: Scanias 637 (FD53 WWJ) on the R1, 666 (FH54 VRY) on the R4 and 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the R5.

Mon 29th: 
 Chris reports: Darts 917 and 922 on the V1/V3, Olympian 715 on Unibus route 6, Solo 414 on the H1 and Scaina 667 on the Red Arrow.

Sat 26th: 
 Villager Darts 942/3 and Ilkeston Flyer Dart 926 all parked up in the workshop at Meadow Rd aswell as others.
Scanias 665/7 and the Sixes Solo 419 were all parked up spare too. The two Hospital Link buses (276, 950) and the Derby college buses (121, 153) were parked on the car park, along with P&R Excel 202 which still has accident damage.
Dart 907 on the V1/3, (and 917? or was it on the M?) and coaches 62 and 63 on the RA.
Excel 189 out on the Ilkeston Flyer, and Dart 922 reported on the 107.
Excel 253 on the Calverton Connection and 252 on the R3.

Thurs 24th: 
 Chris reports Darts 892 on Unibus route 6, 917/22 on the V1/3. Solo 448 on the Allestree.
Paul reports: Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) on the R3 Solo 442 (FE02 KCZ) and Dart 914 (P914 CTO) both on the Radcliffe Line, Scanias 638 (FD53 WWK) and 664 (FN54 AEC) both on the R2, Scanias 665/7 (FH54 VRX/Z) both on the Red Arrow, Scania 666 (FH54 VRY) on the R5.

Wed 23rd: 
 John reports, Excel 189 on the Transpeak, and 922 on the V1/V3.
Unibus Paladin 102 on the TransPeak.
Scania 665 on the 107, and one of the ex arriva citybuses was on the 17/A.

Tue 22nd: 
 Chris reports Paladin 124 on the Derby College Shuttle, after replacing broken down Excel 153.
Olympian 715 on the 17, and Solo's 447 on the Allestree and 448 on the Mickleover.
John reports Dart 917 on the V1/V3. Trent Excel 189 on the TP, and N+D Excel 152 on the D1 P&R, branded 202 still out of use after Saturdays RTA.
Johnathan reports Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) was on the Rainbow 3.
Perry reports 253 on the calverton connection and Frio Excels 201 on the R3, 199 on the CC this morning but on the R3 this afternoon.
Paul reports: Scania 666 (FH54 VRY) on the Cotgrave Connection, Scania 638 (FD53 WWK) on the R2 and Coach 63 (R63 RAU) on the Red Arrow.

Mon 21st: 
 Chris reports Dart 917 on the Allestree, 922 on the V3, Solo 447 on the Allestree, Olympians 716 on Unibus route 6 and Unibus livered 723 on the 17A along with Paladin 131.
Scania 667 on the RA.
Paul reports Scania 638 (FD53 WWK) on the R2.

Sat 19th: 
 Jim reports Scanias 665 and 667 on the Red Arrow and 664 on the Rainbow 2. Jonathan reports Scania 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the Rainbow 4.
Excel 235 on the Black Cat.

Thurs 17th: 
 John reports Scania 667 on the Mickleover, along with a Dart (ex Belper). 922 was also out on the Mickleover or the Villager.
Excel 189 was out on the Transpeak again going to Manchester!
Jonathan reports: Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) on the Rainbow 3 and Excel 253 (Y253 DRC) on the Calverton Connection.
Paul reports: Scanias 636 (FD53 WWH) and 669 (FH05 TKK) both on the Cotgrave Connection - 636 was replaced by branded 215.
Scania 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the R4.

Wed 16th: 
 John reports: Scania 668 on the R4.
Perry reports that 253 has been on the Calverton Connection all week (so at Sutton) and 201 was on the R3.
Chris reports Dart 907 on the Red Arrow!

Tue 15th: 
 Dart 907 on the 6.2 this morning, then on the X38 later on being replaced by a branded bus on the 6.2.
Excel 189 on the Transpeak to Manchester! It appeared on the 7:35 and 15:55 departure heading North from Derby.
Chris reports N+D minibus 271 on the Allestree! Excel 234 was on there later on this afternoon!
Scania 665 on the 6.3 and 667 the RA.
N+D had Paladin 131 on the 73 and Olympian 716 on Unibus route 6.
John reports Solo 447 on the V2 this morning.
Paul reports: Scanias 639 (FD53 WWL) on the R1, 664 (FN54 AEC) on the R2, and Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) on the R3.


Mon 14th:
 Dart 907 now at Derby from Dove Holes, on the sixes 6.2 service for much of the day.
Paul reports Scanias 665 and 667 on the Red Arrow! A coach shortage again!?
Chris reports Excel 189 on the Mickleover, and that 925 is at Dove Holes, in the place of 907.
Olympian 712 on the 17A.

Sat 12th:
 Dart 917 on the Ilkeston Flyer and 928 on the transpeak.
Scanias 667 on the RA, 664 the H1 and 669 the R5.

Fri 11th:
 John reports Excel 189 on the Mickleover and Lance 356 out on driver training.
Excel 205 and 252 reported on the Rainbow 3. 240 is now repainted in the new livery. Frio Excel 201 on the Calverton Connection.
Paul reports: Coach 62 (R62 RAU) on the Red Arrow, Scania 636 (FD53 WWH) on the Radcliffe Line and Dart 913 (P913 CTO) on the Long Eaton Xprss.

Thurs 10th:
 Jim reports: Dart 928 and Excel 189 on the Transpeak.
John reports: Scania 666 on the R4 and 667 on the the Mickleover. Solo 448 was also on the Mickleover.
Chris reports Dart 917 also on the Mickleover. Dart 922 has been on the Allestree and the Borrowash Flyer. There was a Scania (665?) on the Allestree, so 922 was probably swapped places.
Paul reports:  Coach 62 (R62 RAU) on the Red Arrow, Scanias 636 (FD53 WWH) on the Commuter Xprss, 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the Radcliffe Line and 669 (FH05 TKK) on the Cotgrave Connection.

Wed 9th:
 Paul reports: Solo 441 (FP51 GXV) on the Ruddington Connection, Scania 636 (FD53 WWH) on the Rainbow 5 and 666 (FH54 VRY) on the Radcliffe Line.
Chris reports ex Arriva Volvo Citybuses 738/9 (B138/9 GAU) out in service on route 17 and on an Asda free bus service. This is the first time ive heard of them being on anything other than schools.

Tue 8th:
 Excel 152 on the D1 Meteor Centre P&R once again (yesterday too).
Solos 447/8 on the Allestree (a branded one broke down nr Queens Leisure Centre yesterday), Excel 189 on the Mickleover and either 62 or 63 on the Transpeak.
Paul reports Solo 441 (FP51 GXV) on the Ruddington Connection, Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) on the Calverton Connection, and Dart 913 (P913 CTO) on the Radcliffe Line.

Mon 7th: 
Chris reports Scanias 665 and 667 and Excel 189 all on the Mickleover today and Dart 922 on the 107.
John reports Scania 666 on the R5.
Jim reports Scania 638 on the Black Cat - and another TB Scania was also on the route.

Sat 5th:
 Paul reports: Solo 441 (FP51 GXV) on the Ruddington Connection Scania 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the Keyworth Connection Scanias 636 (FD53 WWH) 669 (FH05 TKK) and Dart 913 (P913 CTO) all on the Radcliffe Line.

Fri 4th:
 Dart 922 on the 107, and later on the Mickleover where Dart 917 and Excel 189 were in operation.
N+D Excel 152 on the D1 P&R again, leaving a red N+D Paladin on route 35/17A once again.
Frio Excel 201 (V201 ENU) and Excels 252 (Y252 DRC), and 205 (V205 ENU) on the Raibow 3.
Solo 441 (FP51 GXV) on the Ruddington Connection & Scania 669 (FH05 TKK) on the Xprss.

Thurs 3rd:
Paul reports:  Volvo 101 (L101 LRA) on the Transpeak Solo 441 (FP51 GXV) on the Ruddington Connection Scania 636 (FD53 WWH) on the Radcliffe Line.  N+D Excel 152 (P152 CTV) was on the D1 P&R, leaving a red Notts + Derby Paladin on route 35 today.   Scania 665 (FH54 VRX) was on the sixes.     

Wed 2nd:
 John reports that Excel 189 (T179 XVO) was on the Mickleover this morning and Lance 356 (N356 VRC) on training in Derby and lunch time.
There was a red Scania on "the sixes" (6.3 from Derby at 16:35).
1 Transpeak Excel over the pits at Meadow Rd early this morning, along with a trent barton Excel (253?)  253 (Y253 DRC) was later on the transpeak, and 935 (R935 RAU ) on the Black Cat.
Paul reports:  Solo 442 (FE02 KCZ) on the Radcliffe Line (later on the 22) Scania 666 (FH54 VRY) on the Radcliffe Line Scania 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the R4 Scania 669 (FH05 TKK) on the R5 Dart 913 (P913 CTO) on the Ruddington Connection.   

Tue 1st: 
 Hospital Link Vario 276 (R276 RAU) is reported to be off the road.
Scania 665 (FH54 VRX) and coach 63 (R63 RAU)on the transpeak.  2 coaches including 56 (P56 ETO) and a branded Excel were in Meadow Rd early this morning.
Dart 917 (R917 RAU), Scania 667 (FH54 VRZ) and Excel 189 (T179 XVO) all reported on the Mickleover. 189 noted back at Meadow Rd later in the day.
Solo 448 (FE02 KDU) on the Villager routes early on, but later joined 447 on the Allestree.
Asda Olympian 717 (C717 LTO) on route 17, and Unibus 723 (C723 NNN) on the Derby College Shuttle.
Notts + Derby Excel 152 (P152 CTV) was on the D1 Meteor Centre P&R all day. A red N+D Paladin was on the 35 and later 17A, which the Excel usually works.
Scania 638 (FD53 WWK) on the Black Cat and Scanias 636/668 (FD53 WWH/FH05 TKJ) both on the R5.
Paul noted refurbished Dart 938 (S938 UAL) at Meadow Rd with its blinds removed!

Solos 447/8 (FE02 KDO/U), Excel 189 (T789 XVO) and Dart 925 (R925 RAU) all reported on the Mickleover during the day.
Scania 665 (FH54 VRX) and Dart 922 (R922 RAU) were on the sixes.
Coaches 62 and 63 ((R62/3 RAU) were on the transpeak.
Chris reports Olympians 715 (B715 HVO) and 723 (C723 NNN) on the 17A.
Excels 201 (V201 ENU) and 205 (V205 ENU) on the R3.
Paul reports Excel 252 (Y252 DRC) on the Pronto (257 missing). Solo 442 (FE02 KCZ) on the Ruddington Connection, Scanias 636 (FD53 WWH) on the Cotgrave Connection, 664 (FN54 AEC) on the R2, 666 (FH54 VRY) on the Radcliffe Line and 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the Long Eaton Xprss.
Dart 913 (P913 CTO) on the Keyworth Connection, and Dart 898 (P410 BNR) and SOlo 401 (V401 JTO ) were also on the R3.

Sat 29th:
Darts 917 (R917 RAU) and 932 (R932 RAU) on the Transpeak in place of Excels 157/8.
Scania 637 (FD53 WWJ) on the R1 and 668 (FH05 TKJ) on the R4.
